డిసెంబర్ 9న తెలంగాణకు పండుగ రోజు
తెలంగాణ Telangana News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహా ఏర్పాటుకు భూమి పూజ చేయడం నా అదృష్టమని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. వేద పండితుల సూచనలతో ఇవాళ శంఖుస్థాపన చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయంలో తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహా ఏర్పాటుకు సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఇవాళ (బుధవారం) భూమి పూజ నిర్వహించారు. కొబ్బరి కాయ కొట్టి విగ్రహా ఏర్పాటుకు శంఖుస్థాపన చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా రేవంత్ రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ ఈ ఏడాది డిసెంబర్ 9వ తేదీన తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహం ఆవిష్కరిస్తామని డిసెంబర్ 9న తెలంగాణ ప్రజలకు పండుగ రోజని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
ప్రత్యేక తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఇచ్చి కరీంనగర్ సాక్షిగా ఇచ్చిన మాటను సోనియా గాంధీ నిలబెట్టుకున్నారని గుర్తు చేశారు. గత బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం పదేళ్లు అధికారంలో ఉండి తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేయలేదని మండిపడ్డారు. పదేండ్లు తెలంగాణ తల్లిని మరుగున పడేసి ప్రగతి భవన్ పేరుతో పెద్ద గడి నిర్మించుకున్నారని ధ్వజమెత్తారు. ప్రగతి భవన్ చుట్టూ ముళ్ల కంచెలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి సామాన్యులను లోనికి రానివ్వలేదని అన్నీ మేమే అన్నట్లు గత పాలకులు వ్యవహరించారని ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. కనీసం సెక్రటేరియట్ లోకి సామాన్యులను రానివ్వలేదని మండిపడ్డారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి రాగానే ప్రగతి భవన్ను ప్రజాభవన్గా మార్చి సామాన్యులకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకువచ్చామన్నారు. కోటి రూపాయిలు వెచ్చిస్తే తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహం ఏర్పాటు చేయొచ్చని కానీ గత బీఆర్ఎస్ పాలకులకు తెలంగాణ తల్లి విగ్రహం ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు మనసు రాలేదని నిప్పులు చెరిగారు. దేశం కోసం ప్రాణాల్పరించిన రాజీవ్ గాంధీ విగ్రహం సెక్రటేరియట్ ముందు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తుంటే దానిని కూడా వివాదం చేస్తున్నారని బీఆర్ఎస్ నేతలపై సీరియస్ అయ్యారు.

On this occasion, Revanth Reddy said that the statue of Mother Telangana will be unveiled on December 9 this year and called for a festival day for the people of Telangana on December 9.
He reminded that Sonia Gandhi had kept her promise to give separate Telangana state and Karimnagar was a witness. The previous BRS government was in power for ten years and did not erect the statue of Telangana mother. They flagged that they have hidden the mother of Telangana for ten years and built a big hall in the name of Pragati Bhavan. He expressed anger that the previous rulers acted as if it was all ours and did not allow common people to enter barbed wire fences around Pragati Bhavan.
