మహిళల భద్రత కోసం కఠిన చట్టాలున్నాయి ప్రధాని మోడీ
జాతీయ National News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : ఢిల్లీలో జరిగిన న్యాయ సదస్సులో పాల్గొన్న మోడీ కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. మహిళలపై అఘాయిత్యాలు, పిల్లల భద్రతపై సమాజంలో తీవ్రమైన ఆందోళన నెలకొందని అన్నారు. దేశంలో మహిళల భద్రత కోసం అనేక కఠినమైన చట్టాలు ఉన్నాయని,2019 లోనే ప్రభుత్వం ఫాస్ట్ ట్రాక్ కోర్టులు ఏర్పాటు చేసిందని అన్నారు మోడీ. జిల్లా మానిటరింగ్ కమిటీ ల పాత్ర చాలా కీలకమని,జిల్లా మానిటరింగ్ కమిటీల్లో డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ జడ్జ్, జిల్లా కలెక్టర్, జిల్లా ఎస్పీలు ఉంటారని స్పష్టం చేశారు.న్యాయ వ్యవస్థలోని వివిధ అంశాల మధ్య సమన్వయం చేయడంలో జిల్లా కమిటీల పాత్ర చురుకుగా ఉండాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని అన్నారు ప్రధాని మోడీ.
మహిళా అత్యాచార ఘటనల్లో వీలైనంత త్వరగా న్యాయం జరగాలని, సుప్రీంకోర్టు 75 ఏళ్ల ప్రయాణం, భారత ప్రజాస్వామ్యం, న్యాయ వ్యవస్థ పై ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి నమ్మకం ఉందని అన్నారు.సుప్రీంకోర్టు పై కానీ, న్యాయవ్యవస్థపై గాని అవిశ్వాసంగా మాట్లాడలేదని అన్నారు. మన దేశంలో న్యాయ వ్యవస్థ ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి రక్షణగా నిలుస్తుందని, గత పదేళ్లలో కోర్టుల మోడరనైజేషన్ కోసం ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమాలను చేపట్టామని అన్నారు.రెండు రోజులపాటు జరిగే న్యాయ సదస్సులో చాలా కీలకమైనటువంటి చర్చ జరగనుందని అన్నారు ప్రధాని మోడీ.
Modi, who participated in the law conference in Delhi, made key remarks. He said that there is serious concern in the society about violence against women and safety of children. Modi said that there are many strict laws for the safety of women in the country and the government has set up fast track courts in 2019 itself. He clarified that the role of District Monitoring Committees is very important and District Monitoring Committees will include District Judge, District Collector and District SP.
He said that justice should be done as soon as possible in cases of rape of women, the 75-year journey of the Supreme Court, everyone has faith in Indian democracy and the judicial system. He said that the judicial system in our country stands as a safeguard for democracy and in the last ten years we have undertaken special programs for the modernization of the courts. Prime Minister Modi said that a very important discussion will be held in the two-day legal conference.
