పాకిస్తాన్ కు ఇండియా నోటీస్ నీటి వాటాలు తేల్చాలని అల్టిమేటం
జాతీయ National News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : పాకిస్తాన్ కు ఇండియా నోటీసులు పంపింది సింధు నదీజలాల ఒప్పందంలో మార్పులు చేయాలంటూ అల్టిమేటం జారీ చేసింది. మారుతున్న ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల దృష్ట్యా 1960 నాటి ఒప్పందాన్ని కొనసాగించటం కుదరదని తేల్చి చెప్పింది. ఈ నోటీసులో ఇండియాలో పెరుగుతున్న నీటి అవసరాలు, క్లీన్ ఎనర్జీ ఆవశ్యకత గురించి ప్రస్తావించింది ఇండియా. అంతే కాకుండా తీవ్రవాదం పట్ల పాకిస్తాన్ వైఖరిపై ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేసింది ఇండియా.
ఇప్పటికే చాలా అంశాల్లో పాకిస్తాన్ కు వ్యతిరేకంగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకున్న భారత్ ఇప్పుడు నీటివాటాలను కూడా తగ్గించేందుకు ప్లాన్ చేసినట్లు అనిపిస్తోంది. ఇదే గనక జరిగితే మూలిగే నక్కపై తాటిపండు పడ్డట్టు అన్న చందాన అసలే ద్రవ్యోల్బణంతో అల్లాడుతున్న పాకిస్తాన్ కు నీటిలో కష్టాలు కూడా ఖాయమని చెప్పచ్చు.
India sent notices to Pakistan and issued an ultimatum to make changes in the Indus Rivers Agreement. In this notice, India mentioned India's increasing water needs and the need for clean energy.
