జాతీయ National News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ తన 74వ పుట్టినరోజున ఒడిశా రాష్ట్రంలోని మహిళలకు గుడ్ న్యూస్ చెప్పారు. మోదీ తన 74వ పుట్టిన రోజు సందర్భంగా సుభద్ర యోజన స్కీంకు గ్రీన్ సిగ్నల్ ఇచ్చారు. ఈ స్కీం వల్ల ఒడిశాలోని కోటి మంది లబ్దిదారులైన మహిళల ఖాతాల్లో రూ.10 వేలు క్రెడిట్ కానున్నాయి. సంవత్సరానికి రూ.10 వేల రూపాయలను రెండు విడతల్లో ఒడిశాలోని కోటి మంది మహిళల ఖాతాల్లో ప్రభుత్వం జమ చేయనుంది.
ప్రధాని మోదీ తన 74వ పుట్టిన రోజు సందర్భంగా ఒడిశాలో రైల్వే, నేషనల్ హైవే ప్రాజెక్ట్స్కు పచ్చ జెండా ఊపేందుకు ఒడిశాకు వెళ్లారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఒడిశాలోని బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన సుభద్ర యోజన స్కీం ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ సుభద్ర యోజన పథకానికి ఈ పేరే పెట్టడానికి కారణం ఉంది. సుభద్ర మాత ఒడిశా ప్రజలచే నిత్యం పూజలందుకునే జగన్నాథ స్వామి, బలభద్ర స్వామి సోదరి. అందువల్ల ఒడిశా రాష్ట్రంలో అధికారంలో ఉన్న బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఈ స్కీంకు సుభద్ర యోజన అనే పేరు పెట్టింది.
21 ఏళ్ల నుంచి 60 ఏళ్ల వయసులోపు అర్హులైన మహిళలు ఈ స్కీం వల్ల లబ్ది పొందనున్నారు. 2024---25 నుంచి 2028-29 వరకూ ఐదేళ్ల పాటు సంవత్సరానికి పది వేల చొప్పున ఆర్థిక సాయం లబ్దిదారులైన ఒడిశా మహిళలకు అందనుంది. డైరెక్ట్గా లబ్దిదారులైన మహిళల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో రెండు విడతలుగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం పది వేలను జమ చేయనుంది. ప్రధాని మోదీ చేతుల మీద ఈ సుభద్ర యోజన స్కీం ప్రారంభమైన మంగళవారం నాడు 10 లక్షల మంది మహిళల ఖాతాలో డబ్బు జమ కావడం గమనార్హం.
సుభద్ర యోజన’ స్కీం కోసం ఒడిశా ప్రభుత్వం సుమారు రూ.55,825 కోట్లు కేటాయించింది. ఇప్పటికే 60 లక్షల మంది ఒడిశా మహిళలు ఈ స్కీంలో రిజిస్టర్ చేసుకున్నారు. సెప్టెంబర్ 15 లోపు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పూర్తి చేసుకున్న మహిళల ఖాతాల్లో సెప్టెంబర్ 17న (మంగళవారం) అంటే నేడు తొలి విడత డబ్బు జమ అయింది. ఒడిశాలో బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వం సంక్షేమ పథకాల్లో భాగంగా తీసుకొచ్చిన ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల ద్వారా ఏడాదికి రూ.18 వేలు పొందే మహిళలు ఈ సుభద్ర యోజన స్కీంకు అనర్హులు.

The Odisha government has allocated about Rs.55,825 crores for the Subhadra Yojana scheme. Already 60 lakh Odisha women have registered in this scheme. On September 17 (Tuesday) i.e. today, the first installment of money has been deposited in the accounts of women who have completed their registration before September 15.
