2,757 మంది మోడల్ స్కూల్ టీచర్ల బదిలీ
తెలంగాణ Telangana News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : తెలంగాణలో మోడల్ స్కూల్ టీచర్లను బదిలీ చేసింది ప్రభుత్వం. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 2,757 మందిని ట్రాన్స్ ఫర్ చేసింది. ఇందులో 89 మంది ప్రిన్సిపాల్స్, పీజీ టీచర్లు 1923,ట్రైనింగ్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ టీచర్లు 745 మంది ఉన్నారు. హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు సెప్టెంబర్ 14న బదిలీ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. దీంతో బదిలీ అయిన టీచర్లు ఇవాళే కొత్త స్కూల్లో జాయిన్ కానున్నారు.
తెలంగాణ మోడల్ స్కూల్ టీచర్ల సీనియారిటీ జాబితాను రూపొందించి 2023 నాటి మార్గదర్శకాల ప్రకారం బదిలీలు చేపట్టాలని హైకోర్టు సెప్టెంబర్ 12న తీర్పు చెప్పింది. బదిలీలకు పాయింట్లను లెక్కించే ముందు జాయినింగ్ తేదీని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలని ఆదేశించింది. సీనియారిటీ జాబితా లేకుండా రూపొందించిన మార్గదర్శకాలను సవాలు చేస్తూ ఎస్.వెంకట రమేశ్ మరో 14 మంది పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. దీనిపై జస్టిస్ నగేశ్ భీమపాక విచారించారు.
పిటిషనర్లు, ప్రభుత్వం తరపున వాదనలు విన్న హైకోర్ట్ ఒకే నోటిఫికేషన్ ఆధారంగా నియమితులైనందున చేరిన తేదీలు, తెలుగు, ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమాలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా సీనియారిటీ జాబితాను రూపొందించాలని అనంతరం బదిలీ ప్రక్రియను చేపట్టాలని ఆదేశిస్తూ పిటిషన్లపై విచారణను మూసి వేసింది కోర్టు.
Govt transferred model school teachers in Telangana. Transferred 2,757 people across the state. There are 89 principals, 1923 PG teachers and 745 training graduate teachers. The High Court issued the transfer order on September 14.
The High Court on September 12 ruled that the seniority list of Telangana Model School teachers should be drawn up and transfers should be carried out as per the guidelines of 2023. Ordered that date of joining should be considered before calculating points for transfers.
Hearing the arguments on behalf of the petitioners and the government, the High Court closed the hearing on the petitions by ordering that a seniority list should be prepared irrespective of the dates of joining, Telugu and English mediums, and then the transfer process should be taken up.
