బెంగళూరులో కొరియోగ్రాఫర్ జానీ అరెస్ట్
జాతీయ National News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : అసిస్టెంట్ కొరియోగ్రాఫర్ ను లైంగికంగా వేధింపులకు గురి చేసిన కేసులో జాతీయ అవార్డ్ గ్రహీత, జనసేన పార్టీ కీలక నేత కొరియోగ్రాఫర్ జానీని అరెస్ట్ చేశారు సైబరాబాద్ పోలీసులు. ఐదు రోజులుగా నాలుగు ప్రత్యేక బృందాలు గాలింపు చేయగా బెంగళూరులో ఉన్నట్లు గుర్తించారు. దీంతో సైబరాబాద్ SOT టీం బెంగళూరు వెళ్లింది.
బెంగళూరు సిటీలోని ఓ హోటల్ లో ఉన్న జానీ అలియాస్ జాన్ భాషాను 2024, సెప్టెంబర్ 19వ తేదీ ఉదయం అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు పోలీసులు.
అక్కడి నుంచి హైదరాబాద్ తీసుకొస్తున్నారు. రియోగ్రాఫర్ జానీపై ఇప్పటికే పలు సెక్షన్ల కింద కేసులు నమోదు అయ్యాయి. పోక్సో చట్టం కింద కూడా కేసు ఫైనల్ అయ్యింది. మహిళా అసిస్టెంట్ కొరియోగ్రాఫర్ ను మైనర్ గా ఉన్నప్పటి నుంచే లైంగిక వేధింపులకు గురి చేసినట్లు బాధితురాలు కంప్లయింట్ చేసింది. దీంతో జానీపై అత్యాచారం, పోక్సో చట్టాల కింద కేసులు నమోదు చేశారు నార్సింగ్ పోలీసులు.
ఇప్పటికే బాధితురాలిని రహస్యంగా విచారించి అన్ని ఆధారాలు సేకరించారు పోలీసులు. పోక్సో చట్టం కింద కేసు నమోదు కావటంతో బెయిల్ వచ్చే అవకాశాలు కూడా లేవు. విచారణ తర్వాత కోర్టులో హాజరుపరచనున్నారు పోలీసులు. ఆ తర్వాత పోలీస్ కస్టడీకి తీసుకుని మరింత విచారణ చేయనున్నట్లు సమాచారం.

The victim complained that the female assistant choreographer was sexually abused since she was a minor. Johnny was raped by this.
The police have already interrogated the victim secretly and collected all the evidence. As the case has been registered under the POCSO Act, there is no chance of getting bail. The police will present him in the court after the investigation. After that, it is reported that he will be taken into police custody for further investigation.
