మెట్రో నుంచి మున్సిపాలిటీల దాకా అంతా కేసీఆర్ చెప్పినోళ్లకే
తెలంగాణ Telangana News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : కాళేశ్వరం ప్రాజెక్టు మొదలు మిషన్ కాకతీయ, మిషన్ భగీరథ, అంబేద్కర్ విగ్రహం, కలెక్టరేట్లు, సెక్రటేరియెట్ నిర్మాణం దాకా అన్నిట్లో గత బీఆర్ఎస్ సర్కార్ మొదట తక్కువ ధరకు కాంట్రాక్టర్లకు పనులు అప్పగించి ఆ తర్వాత అమాంతం అంచనా వ్యయాన్ని పెంచేసినట్లు ప్రస్తుత ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించింది.
మొదట్లో టెండర్ దాఖలు చేసే టైమ్లో అంచనాలు తక్కువకు చూపడం ఆ తర్వాత మధ్యలో వాటిని సవరించడం పూర్తయ్యే సరికి ఖర్చు రెండు మూడింతలు కావడం వంటివి ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టికి వచ్చాయి. కమీషన్ల కోసమే కొన్ని పనుల అంచనా వ్యయాన్ని డబుల్, ట్రిపుల్ చేసినట్లు తేలింది. అయినవాళ్లకు కాంట్రాక్టులు కట్టబెట్టేందుకు రూల్స్ను కూడా గత పాలకులు బ్రేక్ చేసినట్లు ప్రస్తుత సర్కార్ గుర్తించింది.
ఇటీవల ఐటీ, ఇండస్ట్రీస్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్పై రివ్యూలోనూ కొన్ని కంపెనీలకు గత సర్కార్ ప్రత్యేకంగా ఇచ్చిన ఇన్సెంటివ్లు, భూముల కేటాయింపుల్లోనూ అక్రమాలు జరిగినట్లు సీఎం రేవంత్ గుర్తించారు రాయదుర్గం(మైండ్ స్పేస్) నుంచి శంషాబాద్ ఎయిర్పోర్టు వరకు 31 కిలోమీటర్ల మెట్రో కొత్త రూట్కు గత ప్రభుత్వం శంకుస్థాపన చేసింది.
ఆ ప్రాజెక్ట్ డీపీఆర్లో రూ.4,650 కోట్లు అవుతుందని అంచనా వేశారు. అయితే ఈ రూట్ శంకుస్థాపనకు వచ్చేసరికి ఏకంగా రూ. 1,600 కోట్లు అంచనా వ్యయం పెరిగింది. దీని మొత్తం అంచనా వ్యయం రూ.6,250 కోట్లుగా చూపారు. అసలు సంబంధం లేని రూట్ను ఎంచుకోవడం ఏమిటి ఆ ప్రపోజల్స్ అంతకు పెంచడం ఏమిటి ఎవరికి కమీషన్లు పెంచేందుకు ఇట్ల చేశారు అన్న విమర్శలు మొదటి నుంచి ఉన్నాయి.
