బీఆర్ఎస్ కార్యాలయాన్ని 15 రోజుల్లో కూలగొట్టాలని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశం
తెలంగాణ Telangana News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : నల్గొండలో ఉన్న బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ కార్యాలయాన్ని 15 రోజుల్లోగా కూలగొట్టాలని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. పార్టీ కార్యాలయాన్ని రెగ్యులర్ చేసే విధంగా మున్సిపల్ శాఖ అధికారులకు ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వాలని హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ దాఖలైంది. పార్టీ కార్యాలయం కట్టిన తర్వాత ఏ రకంగా అనుమతిస్తారని హైకోర్టు ఈ పిటిషన్ పై విచారణ సందర్భంగా సూటిగా ప్రశ్నించింది. కట్టకముందు అనుమతి తీసుకోవాలి కానీ కట్టిన తర్వాత ఎలా అనుమతి తీసుకుంటారని హైకోర్టు పిటిషనర్ను అడిగింది.
15 రోజుల్లో పార్టీ కార్యాలయాన్ని కూలగొట్టాలని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. లక్ష రూపాయల నష్ట పరిహారం బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ చెల్లించాలని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. నల్గొండ జిల్లా బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ ఆఫీస్ కూల్చివేతకు గత నెల తాత్కాలికంగా బ్రేక్పడింది. ఆగస్టు 11లోగా పార్టీ ఆఫీస్ కూల్చివేయాలని జిల్లా మంత్రి కోమటిరెడ్డి వెంకట్రెడ్డి అధికారులకు డెడ్లైన్ పెట్టిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే.
అయితే నెల రోజులు అవుతున్నా పార్టీ ఆఫీస్ కూల్చివేతపై అధికారుల నుంచి ఎలాంటి కదలిక లేదు. పార్టీ ఆఫీస్ను టచ్చేస్తే అంతుచూస్తామని మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే కంచర్ల భూపాల్రెడ్డి సైతం హెచ్చరించారు. కాంగ్రెస్, బీఆర్ఎస్ మధ్య పార్టీ ఆఫీస్ వివాదం పెద్ద రాజకీయ దుమారం రేపింది. పార్టీ బిల్డింగ్కు మున్సిపల్పర్మిషన్ లేదని, దాన్నికూల్చేయాలని డీటీసీపీ కమిటీ సిఫార్సు చేసింది.
దీంతో అధికారులు కూడా టెన్షన్ పడ్డారు. చివరకు బీఆర్ఎస్ నాయకత్వం హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించింది. రెగ్యులరైజేషన్ పర్మిషన్ లేనందున దీనికి ప్రత్యామ్నాయం మార్గం చూపాలని హైకోర్టు డైరెక్షన్ ఇచ్చిందని మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ముసాక్ అహ్మద్ అప్పట్లోతెలిపారు. దీంతో అప్పటికి పార్టీ ఆఫీస్ కూల్చివేత ఆగిపోయింది.

The officials were also tensed. Finally the leadership of BRS approached the High Court. Municipal Commissioner Musak Ahmed said at that time that since there was no regularization permission, the High Court had given a direction to find an alternative way. By this time, the demolition of the party office was stopped.
