Telangana News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో గత కొన్నేళ్లుగా డ్రగ్స్ గంజాయి వాడకం విచ్చలవిడిగా పెరిగింది. ఒకప్పుడు ముఖ్యమైన నగరాలు పట్టణాలకే పరిమితమైన డ్రగ్స్ ఇప్పుడు మారుమూల పల్లెలకూ కూడా విస్తరించాయి ఇక గంజాయి అయితే అన్ని గ్రామాల్లోనా చాలా ఈజీగా దొరుకుతుంది కొందరైతే పేరటి తోటల్లో గంజాయిని సాగు చేస్తున్నారు. స్కూల్ కాలేజీలకు వెళ్లే విద్యార్థులు కూడా గంజాయికి బానిసలవుతున్నారు. ఏమీ తెలియని వయస్సులో మత్తుకు బానిసై నేరాలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు. భవిష్యత్తును పాడు చేసుకొని జైలు పాలవుతున్నారు.
ఆంధ్రా, ఒడిశా బోర్డర్‌తో పాటు విశాఖ ఏజెన్సీ నుంచి గంజాయి తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలకు పెద్ద ఎత్తున సరఫరా అవుతున్నట్లు తెలిసింది. దీంతో తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు యాంటీ నార్కోటిక్స్ బ్యూరో టీమ్లను ఏర్పాటు చేసి గంజాయి మత్తు పదార్థాల అక్రమ రవాణాకు చెక్ పెడుతున్నారు. అయితే గంజాయిని పట్టుకుంటున్నారని వాటిని సేవించే వారిని గుర్తించటం కష్టంగా మారుతోంది. మద్యం తాగి వెహికల్ నడిపేవారిని గుర్తించేందుకు పోలీసులు బ్రీత్ అనలైజర్లను ఉపయోగిస్తుంటారు. అయితే గంజాయి సేవించే వారిని గుర్తించేందుకు నిన్నటి వరకు ఎటువంటి మెషీన్లు అందుబాటులో లేవు.
అయితే ఇక నుంచి గంజాయి తాగేవారు పోలీసుల నుంచి తప్పించుకోలేరు. వారి చేతికి ఆయుధాలు చిక్కాయి. గంజాయి తాగే వారిని గుర్తించేందుకు యాంటీ నార్కోటిక్స్ బ్యూరో అధికారులు రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లకు గంజాయి టెస్ట్ కిట్లను అందిస్తున్నారు నల్గొండ జిల్లా మునుగోడులో పైలట్ ప్రాజెక్టుగా ఈ కిట్లను పరీక్షిస్తున్నారు. రెండ్రోజుల క్రితం పోలీసుల తనిఖీల్లో పట్టుబడిన కొందరికి టెస్ట్ కిట్లతో పరీక్షించగా వారిలో 35 మంది గంజాయి తాగినట్లు తేలింది. దీంతో గంజాయి సప్లై చేస్తున్న వారిని పోలీసులు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు.
త్వరలో రాష్ట్రం మెుత్తం అన్ని పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లలోనూ గంజాయి కిట్లను పంపిణీ చేస్తామని పోలీసులు వెల్లడించారు. డ్రంగ్ అండ్ డ్రైవ్ తరహాలోనే ఈ కిట్లతో పరీక్షలు నిర్విహస్తామన్నారు. గంజాయి సేవించే వారు ఇక నుంచి తప్పించుకోలేరని పోలీసులు హెచ్చరించారు ఇక గంజాయి సరఫరాకు అడ్డాగా మారిన ధూల్‌పేటను గంజాయి ఫ్రీగా మార్చాలని ఎక్సైజ్ ఎన్‌ఫోర్స్‌మెంట్ డైరెక్టర్ కమలాసన్ రెడ్డి సిబ్బందిని ఆదేశించారు. ఆగస్టు 31లోగా ధూల్‌పేటను గంజాయి ఫ్రీగా మార్చాలన్నారు. ధూల్‌పేటక గంజాయి ఎక్కిడి నుంచి వస్తుంది ఎవరు తీసుకొస్తున్నారు ఎలా తీసుకొస్తున్నారు కొనుగోలు చేసేదెవరు అనే విషయాలపై నిఘా పెట్టాలన్నారు. పోలీసుల సహకారంతో గంజాయి అక్రమార్కులపై ఉక్కుపాదం మోపాలన్నారు.

Anti-Narcotics Bureau officials will conduct a cannabis test for all police stations in the state to detect cannabis users The kits are being provided and these kits are being tested as a pilot project in Munugodu of Nalgonda district. Two days ago, some of the people who were caught during police checks were tested with test kits and it was found that 35 of them had consumed marijuana. As a result, the police arrested those who were supplying ganja.
The police have revealed that they will soon distribute ganja kits in all police stations across the state. Tests will be conducted with these kits in the same way as drug and drive. From now on those who consume marijuana Police warned that they cannot escape and Director of Excise Enforcement Kamalasan Reddy ordered the staff to make Dhulpeta, which has become an obstacle to the supply of ganja, a ganja-free one.
