రుణమాఫీ కాని రైతులకు గుడ్న్యూస్ అందుబాటులోకి యాప్ ఎలా అప్లై చేయాలంటే
తెలంగాణ Telangana News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : పలు సమస్యలతో రుణమాఫీ కాని రైతులపై ఫోకస్ పెట్టింది తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం. బ్యాంకర్లు, ఆఫీసర్ల పొరపాట్ల వల్ల రుణమాఫీలో ఎదురవుతున్న సాంకేతిక సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించేందుకు రైతు భరోసా యాప్ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చింది. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఎన్నికల హామీలో భాగంగా రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సర్కార్ రూ. 2 లక్షల రైతు రుణమాఫీ పథకం అమలు చేసింది. మెుత్తం మూడు విడతల్లో రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో డబ్బులు జమ చేసింది. ఇప్పటివరకు రూ. 31 వేల కోట్లు రైతుల అకౌంట్లలో జమ చేసినట్లు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సర్కార్ ప్రకటించింది. అయితే కొందరు రైతులకు అర్హతలు ఉన్నా రుణమాఫీ సొమ్ము జమ కాలేదు.
రేషన్ కార్డు లేకపోవటం, ఆధార్ కార్డులో తప్పులు, పట్టాదార్ పాస్ పుస్తకంలోని పేరుతో సరిపోలకపోవటం వంటి కారణాలతో వారి రుణమాఫీ జరగలేదు. దీంతో ఆయా రైతులు ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలోనే పలు సమస్యలతో రుణమాఫీ కాని రైతులపై ఫోకస్ పెట్టింది తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం. బ్యాంకర్లు, ఆఫీసర్ల పొరపాట్ల వల్ల రుణమాఫీలో ఎదురవుతున్న సాంకేతిక సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించేందుకు రైతు భరోసా యాప్ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చింది. ఇప్పటికే యాప్ ట్రయల్ పూర్తి కాగా, మంగళవారం(ఆగస్ట్27) సరికొత్త యాప్ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చింది.
రాష్ర్ట సర్కార్ 2 లక్షలలోపు లోన్లు తీసుకున్న ప్రతి రైతు కుటుంబానికి రుణమాఫీ చేయాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఈమేరకు పంద్రాగస్టులోపు 2 లక్షలలోపు లోన్లు తీసుకున్న రైతుల రుణాలను మాఫీ చేసింది. కానీ కొన్ని టెక్నికల్ సమస్యల వల్ల చాలా మందికి రుణాలు మాఫీ కాలేదు. రకరకాల ఇబ్బందుల వల్ల చాలా మందికి లోన్లు మాఫీ కాలేదని అగ్రికల్చర్ ఆఫీసర్లు గుర్తించి, ఆ రిపోర్టును ఇటీవల రాష్ర్ట సర్కారుకు అందించారు. దీంతో రైతు సమస్యల పరిష్కరించేందుకు రాష్ర్ట సర్కారు రైతు భరోసా యాప్ను అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చింది.
‘రైతు భరోసా పంట రుణమాఫీ యాప్’ ను తెలంగాణ వ్యవసాయశాఖ రూపొందించింది. ఈ యాప్ను ఇప్పటికే అన్ని జిల్లాల వ్యవసాయాధికారులు, డివిజన్, మండల స్థాయిలోని వ్యవసాయ విస్తరణాధికారులకు పంపించింది రాష్ట్ర సర్కార్. అర్హులై ఉండి, రుణమాఫీ వర్తించని రైతుల సమాచారం తెలుసుకొని యాప్లో నమోదు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీ చేసింది. నేటి నుంచి అంటే ఆగస్టు 27 నుంచే ఈ సర్వే ద్వారా యాప్లో వివరాల నమోదు ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభం అవుతుందని అధికారులు తెలిపారు.

It is in this background that the Telangana government has focused on the farmers who have not received loan waiver due to many problems. The state government has decided to waive off the loans of every farmer family who have taken loans of less than 2 lakhs. It has waived the loans of farmers who have taken loans of less than 2 lakhs before August 15. But due to some technical problems many people could not get their loans waived off. The Agriculture Officers found out that due to various difficulties many people could not get their loans waived and submitted that report to the state government recently. With this, the state government has made Rythu Bharosa app available to solve farmers' problems.
'Raitu Bharosa Crop Loan Waiver App' has been developed by Telangana Agriculture Department. The state government has already sent this app to all district agricultural officers, division and mandal level agricultural extension officers. The government has issued guidelines to find out the information of farmers who are eligible and for whom loan waiver is not applicable and enter them in the app. Officials said that from today i.e. from August 27, the process of entering details in the app through this survey will start.
